Q) What should I bring for my pet's stay?

A) Your pet's stay is all inclusive meaning we provide everything your pet will need while you’re away.

Of course you are welcome to bring your pet’s own food, especially if they are on a specific or prescription diet. If you wish to bring your pet’s bedding we ask that all items be machine washable. All items will be labeled with your pet’s name. It’s always nice to bring some smells from home, we usually recommend a t-shirt or blanket. A couple toys from home are welcome as well. We want to make your pet as comfy as possible!

Q) Do you offer doggie daycare or play group?

A) Yes, both! We offer both one on one daycare and playgroup. We do have an "interview process" with our playgroup in order to match up dogs with similar personality characteristics, play style and size.

Q) Do you require flea and tick preventative?

A) Yes, we require all pets to be current on a veterinary approved flea and tick preventative. We can apply a single dose at the owner's expense if necessary. Our preferred product is NexGuard but we do offer topical Parastar as well.

Q) What vaccines will my pet need?

A) Vaccines are important for your pet’s safety as well as the other guest’s. For our canine guests we require DHLP-PV-KC-RV (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies. For our feline guests we require FVRPCPC-CLC-LK-RV (Feline distemper, leukemia, and Rabies). All vaccines must be administered by a licensed veterinarian and be up to date. All overdue vaccines must be administered at least 7 days prior to your pet’s arrival if they will be staying overnight with us. We can do vaccines on arrival via Hefner Road Animal Hospital.

Q) How often will my pet go outside?

A) Dogs are taken outside, one on one, with a kennel attendant three times daily into one of our secure, fenced-in backyards. There is not a time limit on these outside sessions, we are outside as long as it take for them to do their business so it’s just like going out into the backyard at home. We do offer additional TLC playtime packages that allow an extra 10 minutes of vigorous play or brush outs and massages depending on what the pet would like to do. With the TLC package your pet will receive additional treats and the owner will receive emails from their pet updating them on their stay. Cats do not get outside time but time in one of our climb tower rooms is included in their boarding.

Q) Do you board unspayed/unneutered pets?

A) If the pet is over the age of 1 year they must be spayed or neutered to stay in our facility.

Q) Can my dog have a bath or haircut while during their stay?

A) Of course! We offer full service grooming for all canine breeds. Roze and Nova are our talented groomers, book online with them today!

Q) How soon do I need to book my pet's stay?

A) We recommend booking your pet's stay as soon as you know your date. We do stay very busy during holidays and in the summer and reservations can be adjusted if travel plans change. We'd hate for your pet to miss out on their staycation! Book online now!

Q) What is the cost?

A) Our nightly rates are based on the type of suite your pet would like best. We offer the deluxe, deluxe plus, double deluxe plus and theme suites for your pet's comfort.
